Cell Finanzas advised Proudreed to raise €14.1m bank financing for the Quadernillos shopping mall.

Quadernillos is a shopping mall in Alcalá de Henares with more than 30,000m2. It has stores such as Brico Depot, Family Cash, Burger King and Foster’s Hollywood among others.

Proudreed is France’s leading private real estate company. It develops, acquires and manages assets worth €2.5 billion in more than 650 locations in France. Its portfolio of industrial parks, offices, logistics and retail spaces is distributed throughout France. Proudreed has more than 1,500 clients (tenants) occupying surface areas ranging from 50 to 35,000 m2.
